A: Send us an inquiry form about your order details(including quantities and sizes) and we will respond as soon as possible.

Q2: How do I pay?

A: We accept paypal, Western Union, Moneygram and /or Bank T/T in advance.

Q3: How long does the delivery last?

A: For samples--within 2-3 working days after payment is confirmed

Bulk order---3-7 working days (conditions apply )after payment is confirmed

Q4: Which shipment and delivery method is used？

A: For small parcel, by DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS. For MP order, by air or sea

Q5: Do you provide OEM and ODM?

A: Yes, as requested.

Q6: Can we print our logo on products or packages?

A: Yes, usually we just provide neutural packaging(Standard export carton box) and no logo printed items. For MP order, we can print your logo on products and packages.

Q7: How is Warranty policy?

A:1. Warranty: one-year warranty and one-month free replacement

2. Repair service: complimentary service in the 1st year after payment

3. For minor repair, we provide complimentary parts at your request; For major repair, the products can be shipped at your cost of 50% delivery. Conditions apply if the products are destoryed or repaired without our authorization.

Q8: Are products certified?

A: Our products are certified by CE, FCC, ROHS.

Q9: What is Minimum Order Quantity?

A: Sample order is welcome but the prices depend on quantity.
